Terms & Conditions a6str – Platform Terms of Use for Malaysia

Welcome to a6str. This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") governs the relationship between you ("Member" or "User") and the a6str platform accessed via the website a6str.click and all associated subdomains and applications.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or using any part of the platform a6str — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated as part of this agreement.

6.3 Technical Malfunction

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the a6str platform and may result in legal action in addition to account suspension:

• Identity fraud or the use of another person's personal information
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to play or place bets
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise a6str's systems
• Account collusion in games such as poker or multiplayer games
• Money laundering through the a6str platform
• Abusing promotions or bonuses through dishonest means
• Sharing or selling your a6str account to any third party
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location for fraudulent purposes

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Members may close their account a6str at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any unused balance will be returned to the registered payment method after deducting any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by a6str

a6str reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time without prior notice if:

• Member violates any term in this document

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and all disputes arising from them are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the relevant arbitration body or court.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from this agreement without affecting the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
